1. Pineapple Coquito 🍍

  Pineapple Colada Float

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Pineapple Coquito
  • 1 scoop coconut ice cream
  • Splash of club soda
  • Pineapple wedge & mint (garnish)

How to Make:

Pour coquito over the coconut ice cream in a glass, top with a splash of club soda, and garnish. It’s like a piña colada got a tropical upgrade.

2. Original Coquito 🥥

  Coquito Cold Brew Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Original Coquito
  • 1 oz cold brew coffee
  • 1 oz spiced rum (optional)
  • Dash of cinnamon

How to Make:

Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Perfect for brunch or dessert with a kick.

3. Mango Coquito 🥭

  Tropical Mango Sunrise

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Mango Coquito
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • Splash of grenadine
  • Tajín rim (optional)

How to Make:

Rim the glass with Tajín. Add Mango Coquito and orange juice, then slowly pour grenadine to sink for a sunrise effect. Stir before drinking.

4. Passionfruit Coquito🍈

  Spicy Passionfruit Margarita-Coquito Fusion

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Passionfruit Coquito
  • 1 oz tequila
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • Jalapeño slice (optional)
  • Sugar + chili rim

How to Make:

Shake everything with ice, strain into a chili-rimmed glass, and garnish with a jalapeño slice. Sweet heat!

5. Strawberry Coquito🍓

  Strawberry Shortcake Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Strawberry Coquito
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • Crushed graham crackers or shortbread
  • Whipped cream + fresh strawberries

How to Make:

6. Blood Orange Coquito🍊

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Blood Orange Coquito
  • 2 oz red wine or rosé
  • Orange slices + cinnamon stick
  • Splash of sparkling water

How to Make:

Mix coquito and wine over ice, add fruit and cinnamon stick, top with sparkling water. Refreshing and rich at the same time.

7. Pistachio Coquito💚

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Pistachio Coquito
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Pinch of crushed pistachios + cinnamon
  • Phyllo crisp or cookie on the side

How to Make:

8. Cookie Butter Coquito🍪

Ingredients:

2 oz Cookie Butter Coquito

Crushed graham crackers (rim)

Toasted marshmallow

Drizzle of melted chocolate or Nutella

How to Make:

Rim your glass with graham cracker crumbs. Pour chilled coquito, top with toasted marshmallow and a drizzle of chocolate. Cozy, creamy, and very addictive.

9. Brazilian Limeade Coquito🍋‍🟩

Ingredients:

3 oz Brazilian Limeade Coquito

Splash of soda water

Muddled mint + lime

Crushed ice

How to Make:

Muddle mint and lime in a glass. Add ice, pour coquito, and top with soda water. Stir and garnish with more mint. Fresh, tangy, and totally sippable.

10. Nutella Coquito🌰

 – Chocolate Hazelnut Espresso Shot

Ingredients:

2 oz Nutella Coquito

1 oz espresso or strong coffee

Whipped cream + chocolate shavings

How to Make:

Layer Nutella Coquito over espresso in a small glass. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Think of it as your coquito “affogato.”

11. Watermelon Coquito🍉

Ingredients:

3 oz Watermelon Coquito

2 oz frozen rosé or white wine

1 cup frozen watermelon cubes

Mint sprig or mini melon ball skewer
