SHIPPING POLICY
In Store Pickup: We offer In Store Pick Up at our Bon Air/Midlothian location. If you wish to purchase your item online and pick up in store, please select the In Store pick up button found in your shipping options during check out. We cannot offer refunds or replacement items for any In-Store pick up orders that are not picked up within their allotted shelf life.
Warm Weather Shipping Policy:
Shipping out from our RVA location is extremely challenging starting from mid-May to early October. To help the fight against spoiling, please allow an additional 24 hours to properly chill your package before it leaves our facility during the warm shipping months. Insulation and ice pack are included for an additional charge when temperatures reach above 80 degrees. Please make sure someone will be home to take the package inside after delivery to avoid spoiling on a porch or in a parcel locker. During the summer we highly recommend overnight shipping. We do no refund for spoiled products.
Order Processing:
During the warm shipping season (May - October), we require additional time to properly chill your package for 24 hours before we can send it out. We ship Mon-Wed when temp is over 80 degrees. During the colder seasons we will ship Mon-Fri.
Cut off time to place your order for a warm weather Wednesday shipment would be Tuesday at 2:00pm Central to allow proper chilling time.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order was placed. Once your order is processed, you will receive a second email with tracking information once a shipping label has been created.
Available Shipping Options:
The following options are now available:
Fed Ex Ground: 2 - 3 days
Fed Ex Overnight: Recommended during June-September due to Heat Advisory warnings. This can be arranged and paid by the customer at check out.
Signature Required: This can be verbally added as an option by the customer but has to be paid in full before the package is dropped off at Fed Ex. The customer needs to inform the shipper via telephone that this service is requested. A separate invoice will be sent to the customer which will need to be paid before the package can be shipped.
Fed Ex is making every attempt to ensure delivery in a timely manner however, they cannot guarantee transit times due to weather-related delays and COVID impact.
-We only ship within the United States.
- We do not ship to a PO Box.
-Address Accuracy- Be sure all addresses are correct and include zip codes and applicable apartment, suite and floor numbers. Business addresses should also include the name of the company. If the addresses are incorrect, an additional shipping charge will be billed to you if we have to reship the item or if the carrier corrects the address and charges us for the address correction.
