REFUND POLICY

Loquito Coquito RVA cannot be held responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping. We work hard to prevent any damage during transit, however, once the products leave our store, any damage that may occur is out of our hands. If a package arrives damaged, please contact Fed Ex support at 1-800-463-3339 and follow the proper steps in reporting a claim for your shipment. Once you have done so, please email us with 1. Order number 2. Pictures of damage 3. Fed Ex case number. We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. If a package is stolen or missing please contact your shipping provider.

If at any time you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at loquitocoquitorva@gmail.com with your name and order information and we will contact your right away. We will do everything we can to make your experience with Loquito Coquito RVA an excellent one.

Our Coquito is made to order and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
